Business Toolkit

A website out front.
Useful tools behind it.

I help small businesses get online and put the right tools in place for the work behind the scenes.

Start with the work you need to do.

Be found

Take a booking or order

Keep the day organised

Choose what fits. Keep what works. Add only what you need.

Build the setup around your business.

A choice of services and tools, scoped together. You do not have to take every part.

01

Get your business online

A clear website, professional email and a straightforward way for customers to reach you.

Help customers take the next step

Add an online shop, payments, bookings or enquiry forms where your business needs them.

02

Make day-to-day work easier

Choose suitable tools for cash-up, reporting, staff schedules, timekeeping or training.

Work with the systems you have

I’ll look at your current tools first, then identify where configuration or an integration would help.

03

Build what is missing

When an existing tool falls short, I can scope custom WordPress functionality around your workflow.

Agree the work before it starts

Integrations, automation and custom features are defined in the proposal, including estimated hours.

These are possible components, not standard inclusions. Suitable existing tools, integrations and any custom development are agreed for your project.

A few practical starting points.

Illustrative combinations. The right setup depends on your business and the tools already in place.

Cafés & restaurants

From finding your menu
to closing the till.

A website with menus and contact details, suitable booking or ordering options, and cash-up or staff workflows where needed.

Salons & practitioners

Make the next
appointment easier.

A website, professional email and a clear booking journey. Keep your existing booking system where it fits.

Independent retail

Connect the shop
and the online store.

An online catalogue and checkout, with relevant cash management, reporting or workflow improvements.

Start with a conversation,
then a clear scope.

Tell me what you are setting up or what is taking too much time. I’ll recommend a suitable mix of existing tools and any custom work.

Know what you’re agreeing to

Your proposal sets out the work, costs and estimated hours for custom development. Third-party subscriptions and support requirements are agreed separately.

Before we start

Is this one all-in-one software platform?

No. The Business Toolkit is a modular service. I use existing tools and platforms where they fit, help connect systems where practical, and scope custom functionality where it is genuinely needed.

Do I have to take every module?

Not at all. We start with your goals and choose only the parts that make sense for your business. You can add other elements later as your needs change.

Can you build something specific for my business?

Yes. If an existing product does not meet your requirements, we can discuss a custom feature or integration. I will define the scope and estimated hours in a proposal before development begins.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which tools you need, any third-party subscriptions and how much configuration or custom development is involved. You will receive a clear proposal before you decide whether to proceed.

Can I keep the systems I already use?

Often, yes. Where your existing tools are suitable, I will look at how to retain them and improve the surrounding website, workflow or integration rather than replacing everything by default.

Is ongoing support available?

Website maintenance and support can be arranged, and support requirements for other systems can be agreed as part of the project.

What would make work easier?

Tell me about your business and what you need.
