How support works
The plan suits established small-business websites and straightforward WooCommerce stores. If someone else built your site, contact me for an initial review before joining.
After you join, I review the site, hosting and important plugins. I handle routine maintenance and regular checks, and you can contact me when a small issue comes up.
The plan is billed monthly and covers routine care and small jobs.
Work and costs outside the plan
Larger changes, substantial development, major recovery work and ongoing SEO are scoped and quoted separately.
Hosting and third-party costs
Hosting, domain renewals, premium licences and other providers’ charges are separate unless specifically agreed otherwise.
