Getting started
I’ll need your branding, website content, product details and images, plus your preferred payment and delivery arrangements. Please provide feedback reasonably promptly during reviews. We agree the setup, build and test the customer journey, then launch. I’ll show you how to manage products and orders.
Scope and separate costs
Large or complex catalogues, bulk product entry or migration, advanced product or pricing rules, subscriptions, memberships and marketplaces need a separate quote. So do complex shipping, tax or international fulfilment, custom plugins, automation and integrations such as POS or ERP connections.
Major branding, photography, copywriting and ongoing maintenance after the post-launch period are separate. Extra work is agreed before it is added.
Domain registration, hosting, payment-provider charges, paid services and premium licences are separate unless specifically included in the agreed scope.
