Getting started
I’ll need your branding, website text and images, service details, appointment durations and availability. Please provide feedback reasonably promptly during reviews. We agree the setup, build and test the booking journey, then review and launch. I’ll show you how to manage bookings and everyday site updates.
Scope and separate costs
Complex multi-staff or multi-location scheduling, memberships, courses and recurring programmes need a separate quote. Advanced deposits, payment, pricing or cancellation workflows, custom plugins, integrations and automation are also outside the package.
Major branding, photography, copywriting and ongoing maintenance after the post-launch period are separate. Any extra work is agreed before it is added.
Domain registration, hosting, paid booking services, payment-provider charges and premium licences are separate unless specifically included in the agreed scope.
