A good place to start
“I need a new website or online store.” Tell me what the business does, what the site needs to achieve and anything you already have.
“Our existing site is causing problems.” Send the URL and describe what is slow, broken, outdated or unnecessarily difficult.
“We need a tool that does something specific.” Describe the current process in plain English. That is usually more useful than guessing the technical solution.
